Mindful Presence - Learning Our Own Mind

Second and fourth Thursdays. Finding a safe and quiet place can be challenging in a world that is busy with demands on our time that seem to be never-ending. I would like to invite anyone craving a respite from their busy life, a quiet space, and a sense of community to this drop-in talk/meditation sit. We will have a short dharma talk, q&a, followed by an opportunity to sit together as a community. Whether you are a beginning meditator, a wannabe meditator, or an experienced meditator, please come and try out this community offering. The power of sitting together can bolster all of our meditation experiences and encourage us to weave mindfulness into our daily lives thereby increasing the quality of our lives.

What is auto-donation?

If you choose a paid level when you subscribe, we will save that amount.  Thereafter, whenever you visit us, we will offer that amount to your teacher(s) on your behalf, automatically.  If you don't come, you don't pay anything. This is like leaving a donation in the gift basket whenever you come, without fumbling for change or credit cards. Your donation is not tax-deductible.

If you prefer to leave a different amount for each session, choose the free level.

Our Zoom hall provides extra security to ensure a safe environment. The link is not public, shareable or transferable, and expires after each session. No one can enter uninvited.  Our space is private and secure for the safety of our community.
